Renters will be responsible for all charges directly to the rental station. Rates are subject to applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax, the applicable Airport Concession Recovery Fee, the Vehicle Licensing Fee (ranges from $.17 to $.50 per day), and the Hawaii State Motor Vehicle Rental Surcharge currently $3.00 or any portion thereof. All of our cars are subject to availability and advance reservations are required. Renter is subject to Dollar-Hawaii's driver qualifications, such as: Must be over 21 with a major Bank Credit Card.

2. Renter's Name
3. Date of Car Pick up with Pick up time, and Pick up location
4. Type of Car

Our reservationist will give a Confirmation Number to be presented at the time of rental.
